Players' & Match Officials' Area (PMOA) Guidelines

The Indian Gully Cricket League ("IGCL") has established these Players' & Match Officials' Area (PMOA) Guidelines to maintain the integrity, professionalism and security of all official IGCL matches.

These Guidelines are mandatory for all Players, Team Officials, Match Officials, Venue Officials, Broadcast Personnel and Accredited Persons.

The PMOA Guidelines aim to:

• •Protect the integrity of every IGCL Match.
• •Prevent unauthorised access.
• •Safeguard confidential team information.
• •Ensure professional conduct.
• •Support fair competition.
• •Protect Match Officials from interference.

The PMOA shall include:

• Team Dressing Rooms
• Team Dugouts
• Match Officials' Room
• Tournament Operations Room
• Umpire Room
• Medical Room
• Team Warm-Up Area
• Players Tunnel
• Team Dining Area
• Boundary Access Corridor
• Toss Area (during official activities)

* Additional areas may be declared as PMOA by the Tournament Director whenever necessary. These categories are consistent with internationally used PMOA standards.

Only authorised persons with valid IGCL accreditation may enter the PMOA.

* Owners, Sponsors, Guests, Family Members, Media Personnel or Influencers are not permitted inside the PMOA unless approved in writing by the Tournament Director.

Every authorised person must:

• •Wear their accreditation card at all times.
• •Produce it upon request.
• •Not transfer it to another person.
• •Report any lost accreditation immediately.

* Unauthorised access may result in removal from the venue.

Each franchise may occupy one designated dugout. The dugout may include:

• Playing XI
• Approved Substitutes
• Max 6 Team Officials

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking
• Alcohol
• Gambling
• Offensive Behaviour
• Abuse of Match Officials
• Throwing Objects
• Unauthorised Recording
• Live Social Media Broadcasting

The Dressing Room is a restricted area. Only authorised personnel may enter.

* Photography, video recording and media interviews are prohibited unless approved by IGCL Media Operations.

During Match Hours, Players shall not possess or use:

• Mobile Phones
• Smart Watches
• Internet-enabled Devices
• Tablets for communication
• Laptops for communication

* Approved analysts may use designated equipment solely for performance analysis under IGCL regulations. Restricting communication devices within the PMOA is a core integrity measure used in professional cricket.

Players or Team Officials shall not leave the PMOA during a match without approval from:

• Match Referee
• Tournament Director
• IGCL Integrity Officer

* Emergency medical situations are exempt.

Media representatives may only enter designated Media Zones. No media access is permitted inside:

• Dressing Rooms
• Dugouts
• Match Officials' Room
• Operations Room

* unless approved in writing.

Every Participant shall:

• •Report suspicious approaches.
• •Report betting-related activity.
• •Protect confidential team information.
• •Cooperate with integrity investigations.
• •Avoid sharing inside information.

* Failure to report suspicious conduct may result in disciplinary action.

Franchises shall ensure that:

• •All Players understand these Guidelines.
• •Team Officials comply fully.
• •Visitors are controlled.
• •PMOA remains secure.

Breaches include:

• Unauthorised Entry
• Mobile Phone Violations
• Media Violations
• Abuse of Officials
• Betting Activity
• Sharing Inside Information
• Security Breaches

IGCL may impose:

• Warning
• Fine
• Removal from PMOA
• Match Suspension
• Tournament Suspension
• Franchise Penalties
• Disciplinary Proceedings

* The decision of the Tournament Committee shall be final.

All Participants acknowledge these PMOA Guidelines and agree to comply with them throughout the tournament.
