Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellation of your registration is not available at the Indian Gully Cricket League (IGCL). We do not offer a refund of any value under any circumstances, and this policy applies equally to all registered players and teams.

1. Acceptance of Terms

•By accessing the IGCL website or registering for Indian Gully Cricket League (IGCL) tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

•Participants must be 14 years or older.
•Players must follow all tournament rules and guidelines issued by IGCL.

3. Registration

•Players/Teams must complete online registration with accurate, complete, and truthful information.
•Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by IGCL management.

4. Tournament Rules

•Players agree to follow all tournament rules, match schedules, and official umpire decisions.
•IGCL reserves the right to amend tournament formats, schedules, and rules at any time without prior notice.

5. Player Agreement & Disclaimer

•All players participating in IGCL tournaments agree to play at their own risk.
•By registering, players confirm they are medically and physically fit to participate in sporting activities.
•IGCL is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, property damage, or medical emergencies during matches.
•Any misconduct, including physical altercations, threats, or abusive language, will lead to immediate disqualification without refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

•All content, logos, designs, trademarks, text, images, and videos on the official website are the property of IGCL.
•Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Media Consent

•By participating, you grant IGCL the right to use your name, photos, videos, and match footage for marketing, promotions, live broadcasts, and social media without additional consent or compensation.
